4 Scope of Service

Healing Baithak offers emotional and mental well-being support through psychologists, therapists, counselors, and trained listeners. Sessions are conversational and supportive, not medical treatment. If you feel at risk, please contact emergency services.

5 Payments and Refunds

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other agreed methods.
• If you cancel at least 2 hours before, you receive an 80% refund.
• If you miss an online session without notice, you can reschedule by paying 50% extra or receive a 50% refund.
• If you miss a one to one meeting without informing, no refund applies.

6 Rescheduling Policy

You may change your time up to 2 hours before the session without any extra cost. After that, refund rules apply. Early notice helps us keep slots open for others.

7 Data Security and Storage

We use secure servers and strong safeguards to protect your data. Only authorised team members can access session records for support and quality checks. We retain information only as long as needed for service.
