Healing Baithak is a haven for those who feel deeply but often keep their emotions tucked away. It’s for the quiet carriers the ones who hold so much within themselves all week long. You might walk in feeling heavy but we hope you’ll walk out knowing truly knowing that you were never alone in your journey.

“The bravest thing you can do is simply show up.” Your presence is enough.

Sometimes a Heart Needs a Private Space.

We understand that group settings aren’t for everyone or perhaps you’re seeking a more personal moment to share. Our one-on-one listener sessions are here for you offering a quiet dedicated space where you can feel truly heard just by one compassionate heart.

Questions You Might Have

Will people know I'm coming to a meetup?
No your privacy is sacred to us. We never share attendee lists. Your presence is entirely your own choice and we honor that. What happens in the circle stays in the circle.
Will anything be recorded in meetups?
Never without your explicit permission. This is your safe space and we protect it like it's our own heart. We might ask to record a group video for marketing but your face can be hidden or blurred and it's always optional with your full consent.
What if I cry during a meetup?
Then you cry. Tears are deeply welcome here. They're not something to apologize for they're a natural part of healing. We'll simply sit with you through it offering a comforting presence.
Do I have to speak in a meetup?
Not at all. You can come and just breathe. Just listen. Just be. Sometimes simply being present is enough. Sometimes silence is the most honest thing we can offer each other.
Why is there a fee for meetups?
We're not earning profits from these gatherings. The fee genuinely helps us manage and run the platform ensuring we can continue this purpose of listening to stories. It covers the cost of our cozy venue, warm drinks and supports the dedicated team that lovingly creates this safe space for you.
Is this therapy?
No this isn't therapy or counseling. This is simply a gentle space where we share our stories and experiences. We listen to each other with open hearts and sometimes share simple tips that have genuinely helped us feel a little better.
Can I attend a meetup alone?
Absolutely. Most people come alone and that's perfectly okay. Our charges are per person so you're welcome to bring friends if that feels more comfortable or come solo and discover others who understand what it feels like to carry things quietly.
Can I leave a meetup early if I feel uncomfortable?
Absolutely. Your comfort is our highest priority. You can step out anytime no questions asked. We completely understand that sometimes being in a group can feel overwhelming and we respect your needs.
What if I know someone at the meetup?
We maintain strict confidentiality. What happens in the circle truly stays in the circle. Everyone signs a privacy agreement and we cultivate a culture of mutual respect and discretion to ensure everyone feels safe.
How often should I attend meetups?
There's no right or wrong frequency. Some people come once and find exactly what they needed. Others become regulars finding ongoing comfort. Listen to your heart and come whenever it feels right for you.
Can I bring my own comfort items to a meetup?
Of course! Please bring whatever makes you feel safe and comfortable. A favorite scarf, tissues, a small pillow or anything that brings you a sense of ease. This is your healing space and we want you to feel at home.
Can I choose the gender of my 1-on-1 listener?
Yes absolutely. For online sessions females can meet with a female listener and both males and females can meet with a male listener.
Why are there specific gender arrangements for 1-on-1 sessions?
We deeply respect cultural values and prioritize your comfort and safety above all else. These arrangements ensure that everyone feels completely at ease and can share openly in a space that aligns with their personal and cultural preferences. Our aim is to create the most supportive environment possible for your healing journey.
