How can I book a session?

You can book online audio or video sessions from anywhere in the world, or in-person one-to-one meetups in selected cities across Pakistan.

Can I choose male or female professionals?

Yes. You can choose male or female psychologists, therapists, counselors, or listeners for both online and in-person sessions.

Which languages are available?

Sessions are available in Urdu, Punjabi, English, and Pashto so the conversation feels natural and easy.

Are sessions recorded?

No. Sessions are not recorded. Any resources are shared only with your consent.

How much does it cost?

Online sessions are usually 40–60 minutes and start from Rs 1000. In-person sessions are 60–100 minutes and start from Rs 3000. International pricing and monthly packages are available.
