Chai pe Baithak circles

These are open, respectful circles you host to help students talk, breathe, and reflect together.

  • Host 1 to 2 circles every month at your university: informal, comfortable, and open to all.
  • You will receive Rs 1,000 to 1,500 biweekly (that is, Rs 2,000 to 3,000 monthly) as a token of appreciation when you host and document your circle.
  • During or after each circle, record a short 1‑2 minute recap video that shares the topic, agenda, and tone without revealing private details.
  • We may share selected clips on our official Healing Baithak social media to inspire other students.

How we show up

  • Respect privacy and kindness in every interaction.
  • Clear and honest language, no pressure, no drama.
  • Care for the person before the task.
  • When something feels sensitive or urgent, we guide people toward suitable professional support on our platform.

Who thrives here

  • Hearts that learn fast and stay humble.
